Our prefabricated natural gas purification skid-mounted system covers 11 core functional skids, each engineered with advanced technology, strict quality control and modular design to meet international standards such as ASME, ISO 13686 and EEMUA 147, suitable for onshore, offshore and remote operation scenarios.

The Amine Pump Skid, a key component of the gas sweetening system, is equipped with high-efficiency centrifugal pumps or reciprocating pumps, featuring anti-corrosion materials, stable flow control and low energy consumption, which ensures continuous and reliable transportation of amine solvent (MDEA, DEA) for acid gas removal. The matching Amine Storage Tank Skid is designed with sealed structures, anti-overflow protection and level monitoring, used for safe storage and stable supply of lean/rich amine liquid, preventing solvent degradation and environmental pollution.

For gas dehydration, our Dryer Tower Skid adopts molecular sieve adsorption or TEG dehydration technology, capable of reducing natural gas water content to below 0.1 ppm, achieving dew points as low as -100°F to avoid hydrate formation and pipeline blockage. The Dehydration Valve Group Skid, with high-pressure resistant valves, precise flow regulation and leak-proof design, controls the dehydration process efficiently, ensuring stable operation of the whole system.

Acid gas removal is realized by the combination of Absorber Tower Skid and Regenerator Tower Skid. The Absorber Tower Skid uses countercurrent contact technology to fully absorb H₂S and CO₂ in raw natural gas with amine solvent, reducing CO₂ to below 50 ppm and H₂S to below 4 ppm. The Regenerator Tower Skid completes solvent regeneration through heating and pressure reduction, restoring amine activity for cyclic use, which reduces operation cost and meets environmental requirements.

The Deacidification Valve Group Skid coordinates with the absorption and regeneration system, with corrosion-resistant valves and automated control, ensuring precise regulation of acid gas flow and stable operation of the deacidification process. The Flare Knockout Skid separates liquid droplets and impurities from flare gas, preventing flameout and ensuring safe and environmentally friendly flare combustion, complying with environmental emission standards.

The Metering Skid is equipped with high-precision flow meters, pressure transmitters and temperature sensors, realizing real-time monitoring and accurate measurement of natural gas flow, pressure and temperature, providing reliable data support for production management and cost control. The Fuel Gas Skid processes raw gas into clean fuel gas that meets combustion standards, with filtration, pressure regulation and heating functions, ensuring stable fuel supply for burners and other equipment.

The Sewage Skid is designed for the treatment of waste water generated during the purification process, with sedimentation, filtration and separation functions, reducing harmful substances to meet discharge standards, realizing green and environmentally friendly operation.

All our prefabricated skid-mounted units are manufactured in a controlled factory environment, with strict FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) before delivery, which reduces on-site installation time by 40% compared with traditional on-site construction.
