Prefabricated Natural Gas Purification Skid Package – Full Plant Solution

ZHM have successfully designed, fabricated, installed, and commissioned a complete prefabricated natural gas purification skid package for a full‑plant application. This modular system includes 12 integrated skid‑mounted units, factory pre‑tested and site‑ready, significantly reducing field construction time and civil costs.

1. Amine Pump Skid
Horizontal centrifugal pump, API 610, for MDEA/DEA circulation. Includes filter, cooler, VFD, and safety valves. Flow up to 200 m³/h, pressure 2.5 MPa.

2. Amine Storage Tank Skid
Buffer tank for lean/rich amine, carbon steel with NACE trim, level transmitter, vent scrubber, and transfer pump connection.

3. Drying Tower Skid
TEG or molecular sieve dehydrator. Dual towers for continuous operation, integral regeneration loop, dew point down to -40°C.

4. Flare Knockout Skid
Vertical vessel with mist eliminator, drain pump, level control, and pressure safety valve. Designed for liquid carryover protection.

5. Metering Skid
Orifice plate or ultrasonic flow meter, temperature & pressure compensation, local panel, and remote data transmission for custody transfer.

6. Fuel Gas Skid
Pressure reducing station, filter coalescer, heat tracing, dual regulators with auto changeover, low‑pressure switch.

7. Dehydration Valve Skid
Pre‑assembled control valve manifold for TEG circulation: level control valves, bypass, isolation ball valves, and positioners.

8. Acid Gas Removal Valve Skid
Manifold for amine regeneration and sour gas handling. Includes pressure relief, flow control, and shutdown valves in CS/SS/Alloy.

9. Wastewater Skid (Effluent Skid)
Collection tank, transfer pump, oil/water separator, and pH neutralization package for plant drainage and sanitary water.

10. Absorber Tower Skid
Packed or tray column, 316L SS internals, inlet gas scrubber, rich amine outlet, overhead condensate return. Height optimized for skid transport.

11. Regenerator Tower Skid
Stripper column with reboiler, overhead condenser, reflux drum, and acid gas outlet. Designed for 98% H₂S/CO₂ removal.

12. Integration & Commissioning
All skids interconnect via prefabricated piping and cable trays. We provide full FAT, site supervision, start‑up assistance, and operator training.
