Core Technical Features & Equipment Scope
Our completed projects adopt mature gas turbine waste heat recovery combined cycle technology, which efficiently recovers exhaust heat from gas turbines to generate steam and drive steam turbine generator sets, significantly improving overall energy utilization without extra fuel consumption.
Key technical configurations include:
▷Horizontal type HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generator): Unfired, dual-pressure / single-pressure, natural circulation, with integrated deaeration; equipped with spiral finned tubes for high heat recovery efficiency (approx. 75%) and modular structure for easy installation and maintenance.
▷Steam turbine generator: Medium-temperature medium-pressure condensing / make-up steam condensing type, 22MW class, 3000rpm, axial exhaust design, equipped with DEH digital electro-hydraulic control system for stable operation in 40%–100% load range.▷Air-cooled generator: 22MW, 11kV output voltage, static excitation, with comprehensive temperature monitoring and interlock protection.
▷Circulating cooling water system: Closed-loop circulation with counterflow fiberglass cooling towers, variable-frequency pumps, and water treatment dosing devices; high circulation utilization rate (~98.2%) and low makeup water consumption.
▷Chemical water treatment system: Two-stage RO (reverse osmosis) process to meet GB/T12145 boiler feedwater standards; equipped with deaerator and dosing system for anti-corrosion and scale inhibition.
▷Electrical system: 11kV medium voltage switchgear, 0.415kV low voltage distribution, 220VDC battery system, fault current limiter, and emergency lighting; compliant with grid connection requirements.
▷DCS process automation: Distributed control system for real-time data acquisition, monitoring, alarm, and automatic regulation; including boiler water level, condenser hotwell, and deaerator level control loops.
Project Implementation & Advantages
All our delivered projects are fully integrated and customized based on site conditions, gas turbine parameters, and client demands. The bypass damper system ensures that WHR unit outages do not affect the operation of upstream gas turbines, enhancing security and flexibility.
Plant layout is optimized for compactness, including turbine generator building, HRSG modules, circulating water pump house, cooling tower, and chemical water treatment workshop. Steel structure buildings, organized drainage, and seismic design (Grade 7) ensure structural safety and durability under tropical climate conditions.
