As a professional steel structure engineering enterprise, ZHM undertook the subcontracting of the curtain wall steel structure fabrication, design, installation and commissioning for the Singapore NEW FUTURA project. All steel structure products involved in the project have been fully completed and put into use, perfectly matching the architectural design requirements and providing reliable structural support for the project's unique appearance and safe operation.

The Singapore NEW FUTURA project, also known as Silver Peak, is located in the bustling Orchard Road commercial area near the center of Singapore. It is a high-end luxury residential project consisting of two 36-storey high-rise steel structure towers, with a total steel consumption of 878 tons. The building is elegantly outlined by numerous curved and curved lines, and its distinctive architectural form adds a bright color to Singapore's skyline with rigorous patterns, rich and tough material combinations, beautiful rhythms and distinct and precise details. Designed by SOM and other consulting companies, the project pursues perfection in every detail, from the graceful drop-off plaza to the noble and comfortable unit design, fully reflecting the ultimate pursuit and close cooperation in luxury residential design.

In the process of undertaking the curtain wall steel structure subcontracting of this project, ZHM adhered to the principles of precision, standardization and reliability, and completed all links with professional technical strength, including steel structure design, raw material selection, component fabrication, welding processing, anti-corrosion treatment, on-site installation and final commissioning.

In terms of steel structure design, our team combined the architectural characteristics of the project—numerous curved and curved curtain wall structures—and carried out in-depth optimization based on the requirements of high-rise steel structure safety and stability. We adopted advanced 3D modeling technology and finite element analysis to conduct precise calculation and simulation of the curtain wall steel structure, ensuring that the structure can effectively bear wind load, seismic load and its own weight, and meet the relevant international standards and Singapore's local building codes. At the same time, we carry out strict anti-corrosion treatment on all steel components, including derusting, primer coating and finish coating, to enhance the corrosion resistance of the structure in the tropical marine climate of Singapore, and extend the service life of the curtain wall steel structure.

In the on-site installation and commissioning stage, our professional installation team formulated a scientific and reasonable installation plan according to the characteristics of high-rise building construction and the complexity of the curtain wall structure. We adopted advanced hoisting equipment and installation technology to carry out the hoisting, positioning and connection of steel components in an orderly manner, ensuring the installation accuracy and safety. During the installation process, we carried out real-time monitoring and inspection of each installation link, timely corrected the deviations, and ensured that the installation quality meets the design standards. After the completion of installation, we conducted a comprehensive commissioning of the entire curtain wall steel structure system, including the inspection of connection nodes, the test of structural stability and the verification of safety performance, to ensure that the system can operate stably and reliably.
