In steam power systems, cogeneration units and industrial waste heat recovery processes, condensate water, as a high-grade thermal energy carrier, its water quality stability directly determines equipment service life and system energy efficiency. Our prefabricated condensate iron removal filter and oil removal filter are professionally designed, produced, installed and commissioned to solve the complex pollution problems of condensate water, providing efficient and stable purification solutions for global industrial customers.

The prefabricated design of our products realizes standardized production in the factory, which greatly shortens on-site installation time, reduces construction risks and ensures consistent product quality. For the complex working conditions of condensate water—where iron oxides exist as colloidal ferric hydroxide particles and lubricating oil cracking products exist in emulsified or dissolved state—our integrated technology (synergistic technology) breaks through the limitations of single-function filters.

The prefabricated condensate iron removal filter adopts high-gradient magnetic filtration (high-gradient magnetic filtration) and modified iron oxide nano-coating (modified iron oxide nano-coating) technology, with gradient pore ceramic matrix (gradient pore ceramic matrix) as the carrier, realizing submicron iron particle interception. The prefabricated condensate oil removal filter uses coalescence separation (coalescence separation) and adsorption capture (adsorption capture) technology, which can efficiently separate emulsified oil and dissolved oil, avoiding oil film covering and filter element inactivation.

In terms of material technology, we use cerium-zirconium composite oxide (cerium-zirconium composite oxide) synthesized by high-temperature solid-state reaction method, which can continuously release reactive oxygen species in 120℃ condensate water environment, convert ferrous ions into insoluble ferric iron precipitates, and break the carbon chain structure of lubricating oil molecules. Laboratory tests show that after 3000 hours of continuous operation, the iron ion penetration concentration is less than 0.05mg/L, and the oil content is maintained below 0.3mg/L, far exceeding the requirements of GB/T 12145 (Quality criterion of water and steam for power plant and steam-generating equipment).

Our prefabricated filters have obvious system integration advantages: DN80-DN300 caliber equipment adopts standardized flange connection (standardized flange connection), supporting online filter element replacement without interrupting steam pipeline operation. For intermittent steam use scenarios such as food industry, we design pulse backwash control logic (pulse backwash control logic), using condensate water pressure to loosen filter cakes. For pharmaceutical industry, high-temperature resistant silicone sealing components (high-temperature resistant silicone seal) are equipped to ensure no organic matter precipitation at 150℃.

From design, production to installation and commissioning, we provide one-stop service. The prefabricated products are pre-assembled and debugged in the factory, and the on-site installation only needs simple docking, which saves time and labor. The failure early warning system (failure early warning system) monitors the pressure difference change slope in real time, triggering replacement prompts in the early stage of performance attenuation, reducing maintenance frequency and operating costs.
