Vida Panama Shopping&exhibition Center

On July 29,2012, we successfully undertook the stee structure project for Vida Panama Shopping&exhibition Center, our scope included the complete building
structures, steel beam, steel column,brace,angle truss joist and other necessory fastenners and cladding structure system.

The area of this building is 233m(L) and 109m(W) for ground floor and with approximately half this area 3-floor mezzinane, total area of building is 45000m2.

The original design was made by a Panama-based EPC contractor for this building development work by applying the ASTM standard,and completely hot-rolled profiles welded at site without any prefabrication work.

After seriously negotiation and discussion with our client both in China and Panama City, the consultant company and owner finally agreed to use China National Standard GB as the material substitution plan and after several days hard working on the replacement and shop-drawings detailing work, we successfully convinced all parties related by showing our professional skills on the Prefabricated complete bolt connection technologies.

After the contract, even the time is very tight for us since of the Oct. Long time festival, we used only one month pure manufacturing time by put high pressure on various dept. and finally by Nov.10, made all the production and delivery of three shipments for all building materials so to help our client to catch up their deadline and committment of contruction time with the owner, which prooves that our team cooperation and enthusiam in thinking of client's demand and offer the best products and service.

During the production and execution of this project, the most hard time and difficulty lays on the angle joist truss manufacturing which tooks 250ton and more than one thousand pieces which becomes our bottleneck on this project, however, our four production lines make the proper working schedule and stayed at production line in day and night and finally help us to catch our the contact schedule.
