Combined with Dubai’s harsh climate conditions—high temperature, strong UV radiation and desert winds—and the functional requirements of a two-storey warehouse, our team adopted a scientific and rigorous technical scheme to ensure the project’s stability, durability and operational efficiency. In the design phase, we integrated BIM modeling technology to conduct precise structural simulation and optimization, reasonably layout steel columns, steel beams and secondary structures, and selected high-quality Q355B steel as the main material, which has excellent tensile strength, hardness and corrosion resistance, fully meeting the local building codes and industrial storage standards in the UAE.

In the production link, relying on our group’s advanced manufacturing base and professional production team, we realized the standardized prefabrication of all steel components, including welded H-beams, box columns, C/Z-section purlins and steel bracings. Each component undergoes strict quality inspection, including ultrasonic flaw detection, rust removal treatment and anti-corrosion coating, to ensure the precision and quality of components, laying a solid foundation for on-site installation. The prefabricated production mode not only improves production efficiency but also reduces on-site construction time and labor costs, which is in line with the fast-paced construction demand in Dubai.

During the on-site installation phase, our professional overseas installation team formulated a detailed construction plan, strictly following the international construction standards and safety norms. We adopted advanced hoisting technology to complete the assembly of the steel frame efficiently and accurately, focusing on controlling the verticality of steel columns and the precision of beam-column joints to ensure the overall stability of the two-storey structure. At the same time, we carried out synchronous installation of the enclosure system, including insulated sandwich panels for walls and roofs, which effectively achieves heat insulation and energy saving, adapting to Dubai’s high-temperature environment.

After the completion of the main structure, our team conducted comprehensive system debugging, including the inspection of structural load-bearing capacity, the test of connection firmness of components and the debugging of supporting facilities, to ensure that the warehouse can meet the needs of heavy-load storage, forklift operation and long-term safe use. The two-storey design of the project maximizes the use of space, increasing the storage capacity while reducing the occupied area, which is a perfect combination of space efficiency and practicality.
