Robust Design for Demanding Environments

Our hopper features a reinforced steel structure with abrasion-resistant liners to withstand continuous impact from aggregates, slag, gypsum, coal, limestone, iron ore, and other bulk solids. The upper intake section is oversized to reduce spillage during grab discharge.

This equipment is mainly used for unloading and loading bulk cargo. A portal grab crane lifts the bulk cargo with a grab bucket, then, through the relevant operating mechanisms of the portal grab crane, moves the material held by the grab bucket to above the loading and unloading system. Through the PLC control system of the portal crane, the grab bucket is opened to unload the bulk cargo into the unloading hopper of the loading and unloading system; there is an electro-hydraulic pushrod control device on the discharge opening of the unloading hopper, used to control the material flow rate, making loading safe and effective, and greatly improving work efficiency.

The ZHM product is an energy-saving dust-removal hopper used for intermittent bulk cargo loading and unloading operations. The hopper body includes an integrally formed square hopper body and a conical hopper body. The discharge opening at the bottom of the conical hopper body is connected to a telescopic material pipe. The double-layer hopper frame includes an upper frame body arranged around the outside of the square hopper body and a lower frame body arranged around the outside of the telescopic material pipe. Several dust-removal ports are provided on each of the four side walls of the square hopper body, and a dust-removal device located on the upper frame body is fixed outside each side wall. The dust-removal device includes a dust-removal fan and a dust-removal box body communicating with the dust-removal port. The bottom of the dust-removal box body communicates with the telescopic material pipe through a connecting pipeline. A ring of baffle groups standing on the side walls is provided at the upward opening of the square hopper body. Wireless microwave positioning base stations are fixed on the upright columns at the four corners of the square hopper body. The utility model provides an energy-saving dust-removal hopper for intermittent bulk cargo loading and unloading operations that can cooperate with a grab bucket to achieve intermittent opening and closing.

Equipped with a diesel generator power pack and heavy-duty running gear, the hopper can be repositioned easily across the yard via tow plate or tractor. The hydraulic or electric steering system enables precise turning, making it ideal for dynamic port layouts and multi-bay loading zones.

Precision Flow Control & Dust Suppression

▶Electric push-rod actuator at the lower discharge mouth regulates material flow rate, ensuring safe and consistent truck filling.
▶Telescopic telescoping spout (inner/outer structure) with integrated exhaust vent drastically reduces dust during truck loading. The spout automatically adjusts to truck height.
▶Four upper exhaust openings capture fugitive dust when the grab dumps material into the hopper, complying with modern environmental standards.
